Last week, the menu plan was so helpful to me and several others. That makes me smile. I love helping others in any way that I can, even if it is from a simple post about being organized (something I long to be) or something creative, or something God has brought to my mind or taught me a lesson about. This week, we continue football practices, we toss in a birthday, and we get ready for back-to-homeschool in one more week.
We also were gifted a huge box of broccoli crowns. I’m so thankful for that. When you are on a budget, the gift of food is a tremendous help and this will be a blessing to help plan meals around something of abundance. I try real hard to make sure to use whatever we have, and if something does go bad… at least it goes to the chickens and ducks or the compost pile.
I’m beginning with Sunday this week, because with church it is difficult for me to make sure we have a good meal on Sunday evenings.
So the answer there is preparation!
Sunday-
Church

Mmm…I love broccoli! I also live seeing other menus. It helps me get creative when I get stuck in the same dinnertime rut. ๐
